Beach Conditions and Your Rental

Beach flag conditions are set by local authorities and can change throughout the day. Rentals are not permitted during double red flag conditions, as the water is closed to the public. During single red flag conditions, rentals may be delayed, suspended, shortened, or canceled based on current conditions and safety regulations. If unsafe conditions exist before your rental begins, we'll notify you as soon as possible using the contact information you provided, and you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. If beach conditions change during your rental and a red flag or double red flag is issued, we may require you to return the equipment immediately for your safety.

Customers are required to keep a charged mobile phone with them, turned on, and available to receive calls or text messages throughout the rental period. If we contact you regarding changing safety conditions, you agree to follow our instructions and return the equipment as soon as it's safe. For your protection and ours, we keep a record of beach flag status, weather conditions, safety notifications, and communications sent during each rental period.
